Richard Greenslade, ACII, FCILA, is responsible for management of the loss adjusting practice. Richard is an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute, a Chartered Insurance Practitioner and a Fellow of The Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters. He is also a FUEDI European Loss Adjusting Expert.

Instructions are received from Lloyds Underwriters, composite insurers, captive insurers, brokers and both private and commercial clients. Our adjusters deal with a range of property and casualty losses, with an emphasis on prompt response and effective communication to achieve resolution through negotiation.

Our team have considerable expertise in professional indemnity and liability claims handling, with a specialism in construction related and architects and engineers claims. We are experienced in field investigation and dispute resolution, offering clear and concise advice on issues of legal and policy liability and quantum.
