The surveying practice is managed by Andrew Westgate, BSc (Hons) FRICS. Andrew is a Bachelor of Science, obtaining an Honours Degree in Quantity Surveying, subsequently elected as a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Instructions are received direct from insurers to deal with all aspects of claims handling and supervision of reinstatement, thereby avoiding duplication of loss adjusting and surveying fees. Our fees in respect of Buildings claims are based on the standard scale of charges recommended by The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Specialist surveying services are also provided to commercial and domestic clients, including identification of building defects, Party Wall Awards and compliance with CONDAM Regulations.
